Services
Let's Find the Right Starting Point:
Beginning therapy is a meaningful step, and we're honored you're considering Soul Vision Wellness as part of your journey. Whether you're ready to begin services, exploring your options, or simply have questions, we're here to help.
Schedule a 30 min Video Consultation:
If you'd like to meet with a therapist before beginning services, we offer a 30-minute video consultation for $50. This appointment provides an opportunity to discuss your goals, ask questions, and determine whether we're the right fit for your needs.
Not Ready to Schedule Yet:
If you're not ready to book a consultation, you can complete our Free Consultation Request Form. Share a little about what you're looking for, any questions you have, and your therapist preferences. A member of our team will review your information, answer your questions, and help connect you with the therapist who best meets your needs.
Looking for Support Between Sessions or Not Quite Ready for Therapy?:
Healing doesn't always begin with weekly therapy. If you're looking for practical wellness tools, emotional check-ins, guided resources, or a supportive companion to complement your therapy journey, explore the Landing by SOUL app. It's designed to help you build healthy habits, strengthen self-awareness, and stay connected to your wellness—wherever you are in your journey.

Individual therapy is one type of psychotherapy in which a trained professional helps a single person work through personal issues they have been facing. It is an effective treatment for a variety of emotional difficulties and mental illnesses. Therapy sessions give individuals the opportunity to confidentially talk through problems or situations with a trained professional. It does not necessarily make problems disappear, but it equips individuals with the tools needed to cope with them more appropriately.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is a well-known humanistic approach to psychotherapy formulated in the 1980’s and developed in tandem with the science of adult attachment, a profound developmental theory of personality and intimate relationships. This science has expanded our understanding of individual dysfunction and health as well as the nature of love relationships and family bonds. Attachment views human beings as innately relational, social and wired for intimate bonding with others. The EFT model prioritizes emotion and emotional regulation as the key organizing agents in individual experience and key relationship interactions.

PREPARE/ENRICH is widely known as a leading relationship inventory, called a “program” because it contains both a couples assessment and a semi-structured feedback process. As part of the feedback process, the program teaches the couple relevant relationship skills like communication and conflict resolution.
The goal of the program is to help premarital couples prepare for marriage (PREPARE) and married couples enrich their marriage (ENRICH) by increasing their awareness of relationship strengths and growth areas and providing them with skills to improve their 2 relationship.
The customized version is totally online and is designed for dating, engaged, and married couples. It is called Customized since it tailor-makes the assessment for each couple based on background information they provide. The Prepare-Enrich program helps to start meaningful discussions with couples by determining the strengths and weaknesses within each unique relationship. There is a 30 percent higher marital success rate for couples who received counseling before their wedding than those who did not.

Clinical supervision is a formal and disciplined working alliance that is generally, but not necessarily, between a more experienced and a less experienced worker, in which the supervisee's clinical work is reviewed and reflected upon, with the aims of: improving the supervisee's work with clients; ensuring client welfare; supporting the supervisee in relation to their work, and supporting the supervisee's professional development.
