Dominique Miller

Life is filled with transitions, and sometimes these changes can feel overwhelming. Whether you’re a teenager grappling with identity and peer pressure, a couple adjusting to a new phase, or a new parent finding your footing, I’m here to provide you with the support, understanding, and empowerment you need. My objective is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges, gain new perspectives, and develop effective strategies that suit your unique circumstances.

I specialize in working with a diverse range of individuals, including teens, young adults, singles, dating couples, married couples, newlyweds, expectant parents, new mothers, postpartum individuals, and teenage parents. My approach is collaborative—I believe you are the expert in your own life. Together, we can identify patterns, develop strategies, and foster personal growth.

Our sessions will be tailored to your needs—sometimes that means developing concrete coping strategies, other times it’s slowing down to understand the “why” behind certain feelings and behaviors. My aim is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and respected! Together, we can create the life and relationships you want to see.
